However, I have noticed on the first time visiting the website I got this page :
telling me that “The site is currently facing a large influx. In order to guarantee that your request is properly processed, we invite you to enter it later.”
After refreshing the page several times, still stuck on the same page.
We can notice that the page is immediately redirected to :
https://www.mondedommagementnavigo.com/#!/indisponibilite
So to access the refund form successfully, we should remove “#!/indisponibilite” from the URL link like this :
https://www.mondedommagementnavigo.com/
And click enter, you will be redirected to the correct page
And from this page follow the instructions to get your refund in a period of 3 weeks.
